Flakes ‘N’ Ting is committed to providing a wide array of healthy Caribbean baked products (Jamaican style Patties & Plantain Tarts) to the vegetarian and vegan customer segments; whose needs are oftern neglected/under served. Individuals are continuously seeking the healthy alternative when it comes to choosing meals which will not only satisfy their pallets but also enhance their well beings. With this as our driving force, our ingredients were carefully selected, and this is what has us set apart from our competitors. Our Patties and Tarts are made with Non-Hydrogenerated Vegetable Suet (plant-based) derived from Rapeseeds and Palm Oil. This produces high quality flakes in the pastry. This product is imported from the UK and we are the only known user of this product (in Patties & Tarts) in the U.S and currently the licensed distributer.
