Little Birdie is a family owned Artisan Coffee Roasting Company based in Perthshire, in the Heart of Scotland. All our coffee is 100% Arabica, small batch roasted in our on-site roastery in Scotland. Our premises is SALSA certified. With a range of Multi Award-Winning Coffees, Fine Teas and Luxury Hot Chocolate, our ethos is to create products of exceptional quality while being mindful of the environment and using eco-friendly techniques and sourcing wherever possible. All our green coffee beans, teas and hot chocolate are sustainably sourced. Our suppliers have a strong commitment to protect the environment by supporting zero deforestation, promoting Agroforestry and by re-foresting previously deforested areas. They also support the farmers by improving the income for farmers who comply with Good Agricultural Practices, teaching farmers how to improve their yields through coaching programs and they work with communities through women empowerment programs, child labour policies and improved education opportunities. All our retail tea products are totally plastic free and bio-degradable (including packaging). Our coffee and hot chocolate packing are recyclable.Read their story
