About Sloom

Sloom was launched back in November 2020 as a way of keeping myself entertained during lockdown. I have always loved candles and wax melts and had an ever growing collection, so thought I'd have a go at making my own whilst on break from university. One issue I'd always had with previous candles I owned was that they burned poorly or lost their scent over time. When making my own candles, I opted to use wooden wicks and premium fragrance oil to give the most luxurious burn for my customers. Each candle and melt goes through rigorous testing to ensure they have a clean burn and strong scent every time. Being eco friendly/as sustainable as possible is a really important factor for me when considering my own shopping habits. For that reason, I take every effort to make Sloom & Co as environmentally conscious as possible. All of our products are vegan and cruelty free using soy wax and we use no single use plastics in our packaging. We're little in size as a team of one, but mighty in quality. Every order is hand poured and packaged by myself in my small studio based in Lincolnshire. Every order should feel special which is why I take extra care in my packaging to make it a fun experience for you.
