We are in Apulia, the land of the board, the land of sun and sea, delicacies and beautiful people. We are in the mild and temperate climate region. We are in Mariotto, halfway between Bari and Andria, the cradle of Italian olive growing. We are in the farm of Ruggiero Mario, a graduate in Political Science, with a master's degree at Luiss Guido Carli in Rome, and with a passion passed on for generations. Representing the third generation of agricultural entrepreneurs has its own responsibility that I did not want to delegate. I created Federicus II, which was born precisely from the definition of Frederick II, called Stupor Mundi (wonder of the world). Giving this name to my oil, has involved a series of attentions, from the phases of harvesting and selection of plants, to the processing phases, to the bottling ones. Nothing has been left to chance, chance does not create success. The successes begin to come with the entry of my oil in the MERUM guide, with the Leon d'Ora, anxiously waiting for the results of Tokyo, Dubai, New York, and other competitions.
