About Us and Our Unique Bow Ties They say necessity is the mother of invention and whilst we didn't invent the bow tie, my husband's quest for something "not lame" to wear at our own wedding resulted in the creation of Dickie Bow, (notice the absence of a Bow Tie)! Based in Hampshire, UK, we've been going since 2017, and as friends, Michelle and Charlotte have been going since around 1985! A ridiculously long time! The whole Dickie Bow thing was a bit of happenstance really but it turns out its a passion project for us both. With one a tech guru and one a research queen, we combined our skills to create a slick experience of buying sumptuous and unique pieces. Our curated selection of beautiful bow ties, ties, pocket squares and braces are in rich colours and fabrics, mainly just because we like them! And it turns out our customers do too.
