Our family has been cultivating the land with dedication for more than four generations, a passionate commitment handed down from father to son for more than 100 years. In the heart of western Sicily, in the Belice Valley, on the slopes of the Rocca di Entella, we cultivate our land with a look towards technological innovation and an ever-increasing attention to environment and for our consumers. Every day we work for the continuous improvement of our productions by enhancing biodiversity through organic cultivation. We enjoy an ancient tradition in the cultivation of wheat and dried legumes, including chickpeas and lentils. In recent years we have also resumed the cultivation of ancient local varieties of wheat such as Tumminia, Perciasacchi Mallorca and Russello. In order to enhance the farm pastures, we raise purebred Limousine beef cattle in the wild, organic and in compliance with good agricultural practices and animal welfare.Read their story
