After the first pregnancy, Clean Eating's founder and CEO Katrin Zytomierska lost over 30 kilos with a diet, low on carbohydrates and rich in pure ingredients. That was the start of our concept. Sweden was ready for healthy food that tastes great. Katrin was ready to offer people just that! Clean Eating stands for clean and healthy food, free from unnecessary additives and carbohydrates. The company was founded in early 2012 as "LCHFklubben.se" - from the beginning a digital portal for people who followed the diet. Barely four years later, Clean Eating consists of a product line with 65 unique products available in well-stocked grocery stores around the country.
