About Elizabeth Stirling-Taylor

Inspired by lost artistic antiquities, 19th century maximalism, nature, and the generally ornate, British artist Elizabeth Stirling-Taylor creates sumptuously embellished original collages and custom crafted creations for craft gin brands. Currently, my range includes original collage art pieces for your home (New pieces added weekly) and I take commissions for custom gin brand creations - the perfect piece for craft gin enthusiast that love your tipple! Based between Lymington in the New Forest, and Sharm El Sheikh in Egypt, I studied Art, History of Art and Classical Civilizations before working mainly in the aviation industry until 2020, when I was able to rediscover my creativity through learning Photoshop, and the rest is history. I am hugely inspired by historical artworks, and the idea of creating something new from old ephemeral illustrations and vintage media. Each of my works take between 20-75 hours to complete, and my technique involves layering hundreds of individually sourced elements from historical public domain archives, revived and digitally enhanced to create my signature pieces.
