It was in 1991 that the Knights of Argouges were born, in Gratot in La Manche. This independent chocolate factory starts by offering a range of chocolates to supply local bakeries and pastry shops. They appropriately named their small craft business after the name of the local manor that occupied the castle, whose magnificent ruins preside over their small village, Les d'Argouges. A name steeped in history, pride in territory, and rich collective imagination to start a great adventure. At the helm of Les Chevaliers d'Argouges, passionate master chocolatiers who make artisanal know-how a key word that irrigates the entire company. At each station, a small expert hand comes to shape exceptional chocolate, a precise gesture that perpetuates a tradition.
