We are an enthousiastic handmade Belgian chocolate maker owned by a young 24 years old entrepreneur girl named Elisabetta Passafaro. She arrived in Brussels in 2019 during an Erasmus program and she felt in love with Belgian chocolate. She decided to stay in Belgium and to open her own chocolate brand. Our main store and laboratory is located in the heart of Brussels and is opened since mid 2020. We have also opened a new place just next to our store to welcome clients and visitors during chocolate workshops and classes. We have been certified for true handmade production by Belgian government in December 2021. We are the only true certified handcraft chocolate maker in Brussels city, We only use cocoa from plantations that we have visited and selected for the respect of rules that are important to us: no child work, decent revenue for the farmers, no pesticide and traceability of the cocoa beans.
