About Bayou Craze Cajun Seasoning

I was born and raised in South Louisiana where I grew up hunting, fishing, camping, and cooking. We spent many days cooking Cajun dishes, country style foods and grilling. We lived about 30 minutes from the nearest major grocery store brand, so I decided to blend my own Cajun seasonings. I’ve used my Cajun seasonings for many years and on many dishes so here I am sharing my seasoning blend with all of you.
