About Written In Clay

Hi, I'm Kristy! Written In Clay is a business that emerged out of the 2020 Quarantine caused by COVID-19. The concept of clay and creating jewelry had always been an interest of mine, however, time was never on my side. Then BOOM...The world shut down and I had ALL the time in the world (literally). I began with two bricks of Sculpey clay, a few tools, and some cheap cookie cutters. I sat at my dining room table day after day, creating designs and colors I wanted to see myself wear. As I look back, those first few months were such big learning curves. Now here I am a whole TWO years later, and this little business has been pushed on by hard work and every single one of YOU--that has supported or purchased over the last 24 months. It hasn't been easy, and sometimes the process can be SO time consuming and frustrating, but I LOVE every second of it. I hope you all enjoy my work as much as I enjoy making it!
