Jaya Kiere Johnson started making jewelry when she was 16 years old. Inspired by the stylish and graceful women in her family, she decided to create a jewelry line to honor them. Through the art of chainmaille, Jaya uses her jewelry to represent the bonds made from relationships among women. Jaya has been featured in Black Enterprise magazine and several lifestyle publications in the metro Atlanta area. She is also a graduate of Spelman College and Wake Forest University School of Business, and currently works as a CPA helping other small businesses like hers.
