Ruut ist ein junges Start-Up aus Münster, Deutschland, das mit Maniokmehl (als glutenfreies Allzweckmehl) und bisher drei glutenfreien Backmischungen (Brot & Brötchen, Waffeln & Pfannkuchen und Pizza) unser aller Alltag bewusster, aufregender und gesünder gestalten möchte. Bei Ruut steht ein bewusst gesunder Ernährungsstil und das gute Gefühl im Bauch immer an erster Stelle. Aus diesem Grund sind all ihre Produkte von Natur aus Gluten-, Getreide-, Nuss- & Letkinfrei. (Bei Backmischung lektinarm.) Ihr Ziel ist es, Menschen für eine aktive, gesunde, glutenfreie Ernährung zu begeistern, bei der Maniokmehl als gesunder Kohlenhydratlieferant ein wichtiger Baustein sein kann.
