Soy wax is biodegradable and toxin free unlike paraffin wax which is derived from petroleum and produces petro-carbon soot. You can rest assured your soy candle is giving you a clean burn. Luminate Goodness uses clean scents that are free of phthalates so you are able to enjoy all the "goodness" that comes with it! Our scented candles are safe when used for their intended purposes and do not contain carcinogens, mutagens, reproductive toxins, organ toxins as well as acute toxins. Our candlewicks contain natural flat cotton threads interwoven with paper threads while they also are free from lead and zinc.
