Our Oil mill Frantoio Cavalli, born from an ancient history in Ripi, Frosinone, Italy, in 1781. It boasts the prestigious distinction of being one of the oldest mills in the world. Since our great-great-grandfather Francesco installed the first olive mill in Ripi, it has never stopped. Renewing our machinery over the years and handing down the ancient art of production of extra virgin olive oil from generation to generation up to today. In fact, we are the tenth generation producer of extra virgin olive oil.
