Mama Shrooms was founded by Gemma Ogston a chef, author of The Self-Care Cookbook and The Healing Cookbook, plant-based nutrition advocate, and former addiction therapist with over 10 years’ experience supporting mental and emotional wellbeing. After retraining in whole foods and plant-based nutrition, Gemma went on to build food businesses rooted in nourishment and accessibility. Her personal journey including a recent ADHD diagnosis after years of struggling with focus and overwhelm, deepened her interest in brain health and functional nutrition.
