TARTUFI JIMMY was born from Giovannino's desire to transform his great passion for truffles into an activity. Thanks to his great passion and deep knowledge of truffles, Giovannino founded the company in the early 80s. In the beginning, the company focused on the sale of fresh truffles. Over time, the company expanded, so much so that Giovannino decided to create the first laboratory dedicated to the production of products preserved with truffles. Owned truffle farms, great availability of raw materials, strong orientation to innovation and great production capacity are our main characteristics that allow us to be the fastest growing company in the truffle sector today.
