Edmond Bières is the first craft brewery dedicated to non-alcoholic beers. Since 2017 Emilie and Sébastien have been researching, creating and innovating. True pioneers in their field in the face of ever-increasing demand, they decided to join forces with Brasserie du Pilat (42), with whom they share the same values, in order to be able to ensure larger volumes (because 5 years managing stockouts... it's a long time!). This also allowed them to switch the entire permanent range to organic.
