The family spirit and dynamism that reign within Choc And Co are perfectly reflected in the Café-Tasse range and in the quality of our services. For us, chocolate is an inexhaustible source of inspiration. A chocolate recipe specific to the brand made with the best cocoa beans from various sources: Africa, South America... pure cocoa butter, a dark chocolate at least 60% cocoa that melts deliciously in the mouth. We work with master chocolatiers who have lived the passion for their profession for years and who pass on their know-how to the youngest. It is a great team managed by Andrea Gemble for more than 10 years, her husband Philippe Lellouche at her side. Read their story
