Finote is a French brand of non-alcoholic Aperitifs and Spritz, born in Occitania, in the South of France, and made from organic plants and 100% natural ingredients. Our goal: to create 0% aperitifs with the same complexity, depth, and elegance as traditional versions. Our story is inspired by Joséphine Limouzy, the founder's great-grandmother, nicknamed "Finote." In the 19th century, she created her own alcoholic aperitifs in Argelès-sur-Mer. Today, her recipes are reborn in a contemporary version, crafted to offer precise, sophisticated aromatic profiles... and entirely alcohol-free.
