About London Pooch

Having been a book designer / illustrator for 25 years I acquired 2 dachshunds while recovering from Cancer treatment. My inspirations arrived in 2 adorable barking characters. I learned the art of digital drawing and combined my love of Art with a love of Dachshunds. By redrawing a famous painting and adding a small dachshund I enhanced the whole image and meaning with homage and humour. I love the format of greetings cards and once I had achieved the image it transferred well to cards, prints and stationary. And finally a book. This enterprise gives me great pleasure especially to see my products in interesting shops, galleries and museums.Read their story
