Located in the heart of the La Muette family farm and using cereals grown on the farm, its name is already obvious: it will be La Ferme-Brasserie La Muette. A blend of modernity and tradition, our beers are inspired by ancestral traditional methods but also by the new global wave Craft Beer. We brew beers on lees from malts, hops, yeasts and water. Without additives, without preservatives, our beers are neither filtered nor pasteurized.
