FOUNDER BIO Begüm Jariyawiriya is the founder and creative director of The Lollipop Studio. She earned an honorary bachelor’s degree from Johnson & Wales University and refined her craft across five star hotels and restaurants from Miami to Istanbul, specializing in Japanese cuisine and Japanese confectionery. In 2013 she joined academia as a university chef instructor, then redirected her expertise to elevate the lollipop from novelty to luxury confection. At The Lollipop Studio, Begüm leads product design, research and development, and quality systems, uniting culinary rigor with brand storytelling.
