About Subgreen Gallery

Artist and graphic designer Lisa Major, loves creating sustainable gifts of joy! Lisa's unique paintings, illustrations and design inspirations come from her deep love of nature having grown up in regional Victoria on Yorta Yorta Country in Congupna. The lessons of kindness and paying it forward and living in harmony with nature were instilled at a very young age. With a background in psychology + teaching, Lisa has worked as a graphic designer + artist for the last 20+ years. Since 2008, she has worked in her own business called Subgreen Design. Subgreen is a boutique sustainable graphic design, web, print & training studio which she continues to run alongside Subgreen Gallery. Lisa is so grateful to have two amazing children. She uses her illustration + painting as a way to ground, and relaxing time out for herself. Her art is also informed by her yoga + meditation. Lisa began Subgreen Gallery in 2020, with the goal of spreading joy to people around the world.
