At Amano, you get the best olive oil available in mild, spicy and fruity flavors directly from the producers. The olives are grown organically on Lake Garda, Tuscany and Sicily and harvested by hand. We also offer our customers particularly aromatic balsamic vinegars directly from Modena. We founded Amano to draw attention to the grievances in commercial olive oil production and to offer health-conscious gourmets a sustainable alternative to boring mass-produced goods from the supermarket. Our mission With our commitment, we want to establish a new category of top olive oils that really deserves the name extra virgin. By paying our olive growers fairly, their livelihoods can be secured and the historic olive groves preserved. Conscious and enjoyable food as well as the regional and sustainable production of food are the focus of all our activities.
