About MAGRADA

We work with characterful meats, all produced by local farms in Occitanie, mainly from Ariège, while respecting their finesse and their typicity. We salt the meat with Camargue salt, a natural organic, unrefined sea salt from Occitanie, and we use organic spices... and that's it! We are artisans. When you taste our products, you are tasting the fruit of completely manual work. At Maison Magrada, we have our own workshop near Foix in Ariège, which allows us to perfectly master our artisanal know-how and to assert the highest standards on the quality of our products.Read their story
