About Adam Francis Illustrator

I describe myself as an ‘Architectural Illustrator’, preferring to sketch and illustrate the man made beauty of architecture over that of the natural countryside, from my home studio in Macclesfield, Cheshire, UK. I tend to spend anywhere between 10-90 hours on an illustration, depending on the level of detail. I illustrate both digitally and by hand depending on the style of illustration that I want to achieve. Attention to detail is what makes my illustrations stand out. I keep the architectural style, exactly, whilst then adding my own creativity to make the final piece much more than an achitectural study.Read their story
