About Junge Triebe

Our fascination with the many manual steps in the vineyard and the subsequent work of the winemaker guided us in our search for the right winery. The warm, mild climate and deep, healthy soils are particularly important for Rheinhessen and the location of our vineyards, where our grapes ripen particularly gently and aromatically until they are harvested. We are convinced that this is a quality you can taste. Our winery, whose roots can be traced back to the 12th century, is located in the tranquil town of Dittelsheim-Heßloch and is therefore part of the largest German wine-growing region Rheinhessen. In recent years, the family-run winery has dedicated itself with great conviction to the topics of sustainability, regionality and innovation. For example, the farm was converted to organic farming 2 years ago and is also managed using biodynamic approaches. It is therefore not only the deep soils, healthy vines and many manual steps, it is above all the attitude and signature of our winery that characterizes our young shoots wines.Read their story
