Handcrafted in Scotland by a team of 12 people and winner of multiple Great Taste awards. Tongue In Peat was founded by Hannah Brown, following years of working in the whisky industry and wondering why no other food or drink products used peat smoking out with the whisky guys given the completely unique smoke profile peat gives off. Unsure what peat is? It is smoky mud, found in the ground of rural parts of Scotland.
