About Liqueurs GRANIER

Stéphane Granier, a former basketball player, embarked on this adventure out of passion and learned the craft of a liquorist through hard work and patience. For this, he settled in Seynod, not far from Annecy. The ingredients of a good liqueur are simple: alcohol, fresh and dried herbs, fruits, zests, flowers, honey, sugar, coffee, spices... But Stéphane has a higher standard: selecting organic products, sourced locally and, if possible, from the most artisanal production possible. He had to learn to define the proper preparation of ingredients, master the infusion and maceration times, manage the importance of contact with oxygen, all details that seem trivial but can completely change the final result.Read their story
