At the beginning of the project, four people, Style, Operational, Marketing, Digital, with an international profile, French, Japanese, Norwegian, Dutch; all from luxury ready-to-wear houses, Dior, Hermès, Chanel, Chloé,... and who are intimately familiar with the functioning of the world of Luxury, Style and Operational, having held management responsibilities there. Their initial observation: On average, 50% of collected materials and 10% of production materials end up stored in warehouses, where they sleep for many years. Very often it is destruction that is at the end of the road. The group of four developed the idea of creating fashion that is both unique and virtuous, by promoting these fabrics and supplies sleeping in fashion houses' warehouses, thus allowing them to offer a new approach to responsible consumption while giving pride of place to creation.
