About Myayart

I am Mya, an illustrator and watercolour artist based in Leicestershire, UK. I create botanical art, paintings and stationery. From a young age, I would be doodling leaves, flowers and creating patterns on anything I could find. As the years passed, I knew I wanted my doodling to become something more. So I decided to share my art creations on social media and eventually opened my very own Etsy shop designing greeting cards, postcards and stationery. My illustrations are inspired by leaves, nature and patterns often gleaned by visiting nature parks, botanical gardens and woodland areas. I am committed to making my small business as eco friendly as possible by using vegan products for my watercolour paintings and all of my products are printed and created within in the UK.
