Founded in 1963 by Camille Froment, a passionate craftsman, it has passed down its expertise through three generations. In 2002, Philippe Froment created Capdeco, specializing in high-end tableware, and then his son Édouard took over the management in 2014, bringing a modern vision while preserving the family heritage. For over 60 years, Capdeco has been manufacturing exceptional cutlery, assembled by hand in its workshop.
