About Made in Sipario

We are a Social Cooperative, an artisan workshop where people with intellectual disabilities produce furniture and artistic design with original creative ability and increasing competence, home decor and gift items. They are hand-decorated objects that we can customize and make even on “request”, “original” objects for every occasion and above all “unique”... AS UNIQUE AS WE ARE! In doing so, we have managed to create original, unique and quality “products” that can be placed on the market, increasingly demanding and competitive. Since 2013 we have opened, next to the “laboratory”, a “point of sale to the public”, where our “Special Artists” have the opportunity to have a direct and personal relationship with customers, let them touch with hand the “originality, beauty and quality” of their production and be finally seen as a “real resource”, an “added value” for our city. Our goal? Achieve self-sustainability and hire as many disabled children as possible by offering them a concrete opportunity for personal fulfillment and social inclusion. To be able to support itself, our cooperative needs to be able to count on constant and concrete income.
