The Prunotto Mariangela Farm was born from a long history of a family of fruit growers from Alba, in the heart of the Langhe, which dates back to 1863. Pioneers of organic agriculture, adopted for more than thirty years, produce artisanal fruit and vegetable preserves, sauces and fruit juices. With their participation in the “” Agro Food Program implementing Reg. CE 834/2007 and 889/2008"”, ensure fresh and healthy products while respecting nature and the consumer. In the production of their raw materials, they adopt only techniques compatible with environmental conservation and food safety, from the selection of plants to the collection done exclusively by hand. In this way, they are able to obtain fruits and vegetables with excellent nutritional and quality characteristics. All the products of Azienda Agricola Prunotto Mariangela are handcrafted, without the addition of any chemical ingredient. The fruits and vegetables are carefully selected and processed strictly fresh, within a few hours of harvest.
