During the distillation process, two products are obtained, on the one hand hydrolate or floral water, which contains the most volatile and aromatic water-soluble molecules of the plant together with a small proportion of dispersed essential oils, and on the other the essential oil. They are the basis of the El Jardín de las Lilas project and, as such, the entire distillation process is aimed at obtaining floral waters with a high concentration of active ingredients and an unmistakable fresh, floral and intense aroma. Certified with the organic farming seal and health registration, they are suitable for food use and follow specific controls to ensure a product of the best quality. Each drop is a concentrate of the plant, all its active ingredients work in synergy since we conclude the entire distillation process obtaining a complete product. Our distillation technique differs from the commonly used distillation of essential oils, with which we make our floral waters a concentrate of the plant, all its active ingredients work in synergy to achieve a complete product.
