About Embodied Mama

We’re Kara and Mel—two mothers and the founders of Embodied Mama, a brand devoted to creating soulful, supportive tools for the motherhood journey. After navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and the daily emotional load of raising little ones, we set out to design products that help mothers feel seen, grounded, and supported. Our first product, The Embodiment Deck, launched in 2021 as a gentle guide for women wanting to reconnect with their bodies through ritual and reflection. As our own journeys evolved, we created The Mama Deck—a bestselling, heart-centered deck of reminders and affirmations designed to support moms through pregnancy, postpartum, and everyday motherhood. Both decks have become meaningful gifts for moms, new moms, expecting moms, and baby shower gifting. Today, Embodied Mama offers thoughtfully designed support tools for motherhood, including affirmation decks, wellness resources, and nurturing gifts that resonate deeply in boutiques, maternity shops, wellness studios, mental health spaces, and baby & postpartum stores. Every product is created to help mothers reconnect with their intuition, care for themselves without guilt, and feel held—especially in the moments they’re holding everyone else.
