We define ourselves, my wife and I, as "Breton alternative roasters." Our motto is to offer alternatives, particularly to coffee, from organic agricultural productions and the five Breton departments. We offer Orgé, roasted barley malt, and Kofé, roasted einkorn. These two beverages can be used in all types of coffee makers. We also make Sobacha, an infusion of buckwheat seeds, based on a Japanese-inspired recipe. To be enjoyed hot, iced, with the seeds also usable in cooking. A delightful discovery for the taste buds as well as the cells! Other toasted seeds are emerging to develop this short supply chain.
