About Marlette

Margot and Scarlette, two sisters from Île de Ré, who grew up by the sea surrounded by good local products and raised entirely at home, created Marlette preparations in 2010. Their secret? Organic ingredients carefully selected for their taste, origin and nutritional value. Wheat, buckwheat, spelt or rye flours are handmade and local. Cocoa-rich chocolate, cane sugar and Rapadura are fair-trade; and the salt comes from the salt marshes of Île de Ré. Marlette has tasted, dosed, blended these ingredients to create recipes to which all that remains is to add fresh products to simply make delicious cakes.
