At the core of Nostimo Texas are Greek Fruit Spoon Sweets, traditional preserves made with fruit, slowly simmered in syrup, then offered as a small, luminous spoonful. In Greece, they are more than dessert, they are hospitality. We believe that tradition deserves respect. So we make ours by hand, with minimal ingredients. We offer versions that are: - Vegan, gluten-free, lactose‐free, catering to many dietary needs. - Organic, where possible, to honor both the fruit’s natural goodness and our planet. - No added sugar or reduced sugar options, letting the sweetness of the fruit shine through, to offer a treat that's joyful but mindful.
