LITTLE CARDS FOR BIG FEELINGS With a passion for children’s Emotional wellness and a background in Holistic Health, Tabitha Lakeland collaborated with her talented 10 year old son Asher to create a tool to arm children with Emotional Intelligence. Emotionology are emotion support cards to help children identify, articulation, communicate and accept their emotions in their formative years. “We were always taught to be happy, smile and to bury any emotions that weren’t good ones! When children aren’t given the tools to explore and understand ALL emotions, they’re being taught that unless they’re happy there is something wrong with them. Understanding, exploring and accepting all emotions in the formative years leads to emotional resilience, confidence, boosted immunity, purpose, happiness and overall wellness.
