To all the people I don't know...Hi, I'm Debbie...thanks for taking a look! For those who'd like to know more here's how it all began.... I was a career girl. I loved it, a commercial interior designer for 16 years, thrived off it...wasn't getting married or having kids. Got married, had a baby! Decided I could do everything. Sadly epic fail! Got depressed and wasn't myself at all. Went to a painting class to help my mind and was hooked... sold one, then another and realised maybe I was onto something! I started lookwhatdebbiedid in 2018. Painting for yourself can be quite isolating so I also decided to set up some painting classes and now three years later I run five classes a week at my studio. I completely love it. The people, the conversations, everything about it is good and makes me happy. Every Friday I do a class at a cancer support centre. Knowing what I now know, hearing what I hear I completely understand how short life is. We are all privileged to have our health and should just live life. So I started selling my greetings cards and artwork more...got more products in some brilliant shops and it all started to work. And here I am, painting lovely things, and selling my greetings cards and art prints to some fabulous places. I just really love it.... Read their story
