apotheC was founded by Chelsea Miles Cleveland in December of 2019 under a Johsua Tree in the Sonana-Mojave Desert. Chelsea is a chef, herbalist and long distance runner who is constantly seeking lifestyle improvements for recovery and sustained energy. In 2018 she experienced traumatic physical burnout and made a b-line to Boulder Colorado chasing resolution in spirituality and self-care. After being there for two short months she met a green witch who introduced her to herbalism. The craft spoke to her as if it was something she had been missing out on in all of her years spent as a plant-based chef.
