Like a lot of good ideas, BucknBird was started in a bar. Two best friends, Hamish & Andrew, have a love and passion for snacks and beer (and rugby). After an afternoon of watching some rugby in the pub, Hamish was after a Keto friendly snack which got them chatting. Hamish, A South African, loved biltong while Andrew, a Kiwi, loved crisps (chips). So the idea of creating a high quality, Keto friendly salami crisp was born.
