Kally was founded by Scott and Katie Mitic, as a kitchen project to create a complex and high-quality non-alcoholic beverage. Inspired by a unique pairing experience at Maaemo in Oslo, they began experimenting with fresh California ingredients. A chance encounter with a bartender introduced them to verjus, sparking their passion. Over more than a year, Scott and Katie delved into the art of drink-making, learning from sommeliers and chefs and building a community focused on authentic non-alcoholic beverages.
