About Tangle

Born from a desire to save the ocean, we recycle old fishing nets into sustainable, premium dog products to stop ghost nets and raise awareness of the problem. Ghost Nets are fishing nets that have been lost, abandoned or dumped in the ocean. They make up nearly 50% of plastic in the ocean in some places. They're far more deadly than plastic bottles and straws as they carry on doing what they do best - entangling and killing marine life for decades to come. At Tangle, we let fishermen donate their end-of-life nets at ports so that a fishing net doesn't have a chance to become a ghost net. We decided it was time to do something about it.Read their story
