We are Wycombe Chef's Table - purveyors of single spices & spice blends from Buckinghamshire. Wycombe Chef's Table was founded in October 2020 by us, Jules and Ghani. Our products range from essential single spices to rubs & world-renowned spice blends. All our spice blends are handcrafted in small batches. We aim to design our spice blends to be versatile and straightforward to use, to season with, bake or sprinkle over a dish before serving and let the magic do its work. During our travels and career, we learned the importance of excellent quality spices, and the craftsmanship required to torrefy and grind the spices to maintain their optimum freshness and fragrance. We are aiming to reach and inspire at home – cooks, the food enthusiast and expert home cooks that appreciate quality ingredients from a small local producer. We are seeking to expand our variety of spice blends to something new and innovative Our first range covers the MENA region" the Middle East & Northern Africa" and our second range is Japanese spice blends and seasoning.
