Since 2009, Eckart's sauces have been made by Thomas Eckart in Berlin honestly by hand and without artificial additives. Eckart sauces are delicious all year round. You don't need a grill, if you are reasonably skilled with a pan and wok or have a handle on the oven, you don't have to give up good taste. A fondue evening in convivial company is only the perfect treat with our sauces. The mango sauce gives almost every wok dish that certain something, the fruity spiciness also refines dips, dressings and spreads. Or just enjoy it neat: with rice, avocado, tofu, shrimp, fish, chicken and so on. Our barbecue sauces are suitable for anything fried, pulled pork or spare ribs and the steak sauce brings sharpness and level to the table. Anyone who has never tasted their favorite bratwurst or burger with our junkie sauce has clearly missed something - promise! Without plum sauce, a crispy duck actually died for nothing.
