Everything originates in the heart of Sicily, in Castelbuono, among mountains, almond trees, and ovens fired up since 1977. Here, in a small family workshop, we began baking cookies with the rarest offerings of our land: ancient grains, orange peels, pistachios, almonds, dried figs, Modica chocolate, and manna, a sweet sap hand-harvested from ash trees. We don't follow trends, but the seasons. We don't use shortcuts, but passed-down gestures. We use only real flours, olive oil, honey, dried fruits, and a lot of care. Each cookie is a small work of art to bite into, designed for those who love to surprise their customers with something rare, elegant, and truly good, but above all, made in Sicily.
